STEVEN A. SCHNEIDER
Mr. Schneider brings over 30 years of extensive senior operating leadership experience gained in the consulting; the military; and the world of consumer products industry.

Prior to joining and acquiring SCHNEIDER, HILL & SPANGLER, LLP in 1992, Mr. Schneider was associated with consulting firm McKinsey & Co. were he worked with leading CEO's in the consumer products industry on strategic planning on other key organizational issues. He left McKinsey as a senior director.
In 1983, he joined The Danbury Mint as director of marketing and 3 years later left as vp marketing & strategic planning increasing overall revenues by 23% and expanded market share by 19%.
As a former McKinsey client, the Giftques Board recruited Mr. Schneider in 1986 to lead a turnaround for this ailing giftware consumer products company. After 16 months, Mr. Schneider arrested declining revenues by increasing earnings by 41%, restored profitability by an annualized 19% return, and revenues to $76 million in there second year. Repostioned the Company with long-term, sustainable,  growth stategies.       
As a former McKinsey client, the Giftques Board recruited Mr. Schneider in 1986 to lead a turnaround for this ailing giftware consumer products company. After 16 months, Mr. Schneider arrested declining revenues by increasing earnings by 41%, restored profitability by an annualized 19% return, and revenues to $76 million in there second year.
